The summer between high school and college proves to be a life changing experience for three friends in a Charleston, South Carolina Baptist community. Tim is recently open about being gay and looking forward to more freedom at film school in New York; Brea is the pastor’s daughter going through a crisis of faith; Laura is a devout believer, at times unsure how to relate to the others. This captivating and talented young trio is the center of a vivid ensemble cast who bring in their own emotional and entwined stories. As sexual tensions erupt and buried feelings emerge, Brea, Laura and Tim must decide if they should hang onto what they have, or find something new on their own.
