A 'chance' encounter on a train drastically alters
the life of Simon, a gorgeous and passionate
student of photography and film in Paris. At
year's end, Simon spends time at his family's
vacation home off the coast of La Rochelle with
his new-met friend Louise. Once there, he
encounters his past and a secret love for a
mysterious older boy, Mathieu, who now lives
under the beckoning lighthouse. As his
relationships with Louise and Mathieu grow, the
torn Simon's true self begins to slowly emerge.
While Simon's Super-8 camera chooses Louise as
his muse, Marconi's camera lingers on the beauty
of Simon. Lustfully shot, this film will remain in
your mind long after seeing it, much as the
relationship between the three characters will
remain with them for as long as they all shall live.
